Cardiovascular Mentorship

The Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial Medical Plaza offers a Cardiovascular Nursing Mentorship course for RNs. The course is designed to give you the skills you need to move into more advanced critical care areas. The course offers:

• More than 70 hours of formal, paid didactic education the first year with mentoring by advanced clinicians
• Tailored six week clinical orientation plan with competency-based development program
• Sign-on bonuses and special membership to AACN for one year
